Gw2 Crafting Guide for Beginners
Crafting is the most enjoyable experience in Guild Wars 2. This beginner Gw2 crafting guide will introduce to the process of crafting in Guild Wars 2. Every gw2 crafting discipline requires certain raw crafting materials. At first you will be able to purchase the materials required for your craft if you have sufficient money in your hand. Materials required for crafting are sold by NPC vendors located in various stations.
Training is essential to equip the character with required skills and knowledge. Before training a new character, you should consult the NPC trainer. You can find these trainers in various villages and towns, you should explore them to get to know who are nearest to your location.
In the beginning, you are not required to fly to major cities to pursue training. You can use the training facilities available at the nearest town or village if it is required to train below level 10. As you open the map, you will be able to find icons which resemble various crafts. Each of the crafting disciplines – Armorsmith, Artificer, Chef, Huntsman, Jeweler, Leatherworker, Tailor and Weaponsmith will have relevant icons so that you can easily identify those locations. If you click on the small icon in the bottom left corner of the map, you can easily find various crafting icons on the map.
You can also toggle between the layers of the map. As soon as you figure out the NPC trainer in your area, you can initiate a conversation with the trainer by pressing the default key which is ‘F’.
